Step 1 Circulate Games information in your workplace

Internal email is an effective way to see if there is interest in your organisation.
Ask us for a Games CD Kit with all the Games information in pdf files so you can electronically distribute information across all your work places.
Sport/social clubs and flyers (which we can supply) on a cafeteria bulletin board are other ways to circulate information.
The Games can also supply a ‘Team Organiser Handbook’ containing many hints and suggestions to help you get started.

Step 2 Get Your Team Together

A team in the Games may be of any size.
One person in a sport may constitute a team, even though many organisations enter all sports.

Step 3 Request an Entry Form

Each Sport has its own Entry Form containing Games information and Sport details. You can download these by going to a specific Games and then clicking "Sports"- Entry Forms in the menu bar or email info@corporategames.net.au and request the form you require or call the Games Office on 1300 301 418 to have one sent.

Step 4 Complete and Return

Return your completed Entry Form with payment to the Games Office.
Entries will not be processed without DOB, Verified Sports Handicaps (where applicable) and Payment.
Photocopied Entry Forms are acceptable. Emailed and faxed entries are not accepted.
Get Entries in early or there is a risk of missing out.
Some Sports will fill up and entries received after the ‘Guaranteed Entry Deadline’ are taken on a first-in basis.

Step 5 Entry Confirmation

To confirm entry an ‘Entry Confirmation & Games ID’ and ‘Games Card’ will be posted to each individual entering the Games.

Step 6 Games ID Validation

Before competing Entrants are required to bring their ‘Entry Confirmation & Games ID’ to a Games Registration SuperCentre to be validated.
Registering in person is compulsory.

Step 7 Registration SuperCentres

SuperCentre locations and registration hours are on the ‘Entry Confirmation & Games ID’.
At registration…

  • Your Games ID will be validated. Validated ID must be presented at your Sport venue
  • You will receive your Games Souvenir Bag
  • You will pick up your Sport Draws containing start times and your Official Games Programme containing Sport Competition Details.
