
The Corporate Games was set up to encourage companies to support
their employees' pursuit of a healthier and more active lifestyle.
The Games provides the opportunity for anyone, regardless of their
sporting ability, to play in a multi-sport championship and remain
active in sport.

- Nearly 20,000 participants competed in the past year and over 200,000
in the past 19 years
- 30 Sports (though not all are played at every Games)
- Australian Corporate Games in
its 19th year is in Melbourne Victoria on November 25-27, 2011
- Winter Australian Corporate Games
in its 17th year is in Thredbo on July 28-29, 2012
- NSW Corporate Games which is now owned and operated by the Australian Diabetes Council is in its 10th
year in Sydney and is on March 15-18, 2012
- Queensland Corporate Games in
its 12th year is in Brisbane on May 18-20, 2012
- Over 4,000 organisations have entered
- All these Games are affiliated with the Worldwide Corporate
Games Community
- Largest team to date is Queensland Government with 1743 athletes. This is the
largest team worldwide ever entered in a Corporate Games
- The Games has raised over $700,000 for charity
- Official Games Charities have included Epilepsy Victoria, Diabetes Australia -
NSW, Victoria and Queensland, the Starlight Children’s Foundation, Redkite
and Autism NSW.
