Entry Deadlines
- Guaranteed Entry Deadline
- Final Entry Deadline
All entries received after the Guaranteed Entry Deadline are taken
on a ‘first-in’ basis until events are full. Entries
must be complete and accompanied by payment.
Who can play
- The Games is open to everyone.
- Entrants do not have to be an employee of the organisation.
- Colleagues, clients, retirees, spouses and friends are all
eligible to play on your team
- An entrant may only represent
one organisation
- An organisation may enter more than one team in an event and entrants may enter more than one sport schedule permitting
- There is no performance standard or qualification required
by the Games
Creating interest in your workplace!!
Circulate Games information
around your workplace!
- Internal email is an effective way to gauge interest in your
organisation.
- Place Games promotional material through out your Sport or Social
clubs or on cafeteria bulletin boards.
- The Games can also supply a helpful handbook Team
Handbook containing many hints and suggestions
to help you get started.

Get Your Team Together
- A team in the Games may be of any size.
- One person in a sport may constitute a team, even though many
organisations enter all sports.
- You will need the following information for all team members wishing to compete...date of birth, postal and email address and phone. Please read your Sport Entry Form and Profile to see what else is required eg Golf handicap and verification.
How to Enter
Activate Your Organisation... this means have your organisation placed in the system and a have password created for you. Contact us on 02 9440 4847, 1300 727 194 or nswcorporategames@australiandiabetescouncil.com
Step 1 Entry Online
Step 2 Complete and Return
- If you choose not to enter online, post your completed Entry Form with payment to
NSW Corporate Games PO Box 887 St Ives
NSW 2075.
- NOTE: Entries
will not be processed without DOB, Verified Handicap (where applicable)
and Payment.
- NOTE: Faxed or
emailed entries are NOT accepted.
- Get Entries in early or there is a risk of missing out.
- Some Sports will fill up and entries received after the ‘Guaranteed
Entry Deadline’ are taken on a first-in basis.
Step 3 Entry Confirmation
- To confirm entry an ‘Entry Confirmation & Games ID’
will be posted to each individual entering the Games. You Organisation
Team List will also be on this web site, see 'Now you have entered'
on the left menu. If your name is on this list you are entered
in the Games.
Step 4 Games ID Validation
- Before competing Entrants are required to bring their ‘Entry
Confirmation & Games ID’ to a Games Registration SuperCentre
to be validated. This can't be one at your Sport Check-in desk.
- Registering in person is compulsory.
Step 5 Registration SuperCentres
- SuperCentre locations and registration hours are on the ‘Entry
Confirmation & Games ID’ and at the bottom of this page.
- At Registration…
- Your Games ID will be validated. This validated Games ID must
be presented at your Sport venue
- You will receive your Games Souvenir
- You will pick up your Sport Draws containing start times and
your Official Games Programme containing Sport Competition Details
- You must sign the Games 'Waiver of Liability' see Games

- March 12– 11:00am to 7:00pm
- March 13– 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Sydney Olympic Park
- March 14– Midday to 9:00pm
- March 15– 7:00am to 7:00pm
- March 16– 6:30am to 7:00pm
- March 17– 6:00am to 1:00pm
- March 18– 6:30am to 10:00am
Before going to your sport bring your Entry Confirmation &
Games ID with your photo attached to ONE of the Registration SuperCentres
above to be validated. See Step 4.
