Entry Deadlines

All entries received after the Guaranteed Entry Deadline are taken
on a ‘first-in’ basis. Entries must be complete and
accompanied by payment.
Who can play
- The Games is open to everyone.
- Entrants do not have to be an employee of the organization.
- Colleagues, clients, retirees, spouses and friends are all
eligible to play on your team
- A participant may only represent one organization in the Games
- An organization may enter more than one team in an event
- There is no performance standard or qualification required
by the Games
How to Enter
Step 1 Circulate Games information
around your workplace
- Internal email is an effective way to gage interest in your
organisation.
- Ask us for a Games CD Kit with all the Games information in
pdf files so you can electronically distribute information within
all your work places.
- Sport/social clubs and flyers (which we can supply see the
follow as an example ‘Games
Flyer’) on a cafeteria bulletin board are other ways
to circulate information.
- The Games can also supply a helpful handbook Team
Organizer's Handbook containing many hints and suggestions
to help you get started.
Step 2 Get Your Team Together
- A team in the Games may be of any size.
- One person in a sport may constitute a team, even though many
organisations enter all sports.
Step 3 Getting an Entry Form
- Each Sport has its own Entry Form containing Games information
and Sport details.
- Download each Sport Entry Form by going to the Menu bar on
the left and to "Sports" - Schedules • Entry Forms
or get all 20 by downloading
All Sport Entry Forms
- Email nswcorporategames@diabetesnsw.com.au
or call the NSW Corporate Games office on 1300 727 194 to have
one sent.
Step 4 Complete and Return
- Return your completed Entry Form with payment to the Games Office.
- Entries will not be processed without DOB, Verified Handicap
(where applicable) and Payment.
- Photocopied Entry Forms are acceptable. Faxed entries are not
accepted.
- Get Entries in early or there is a risk of missing out.
- Some Sports will fill up and entries received after the ‘Guaranteed
Entry Deadline’ are taken on a first-in basis.
Step 5 Entry Confirmation
- To confirm entry an ‘Entry Confirmation & Games ID’
and ‘Games Guide’ will be posted to each individual
entering the Games.
Step 6 Games ID Validation
- Before competing Entrants are required to bring their ‘Entry
Confirmation & Games ID’ to a Games Registration SuperCentre
to be validated.
- Registering in person is compulsory.
Step 7 Registration SuperCentres
- SuperCentre locations and registration hours are on the ‘Entry
Confirmation & Games ID’ and at the bottom of this page.
- At registration…
- Your Games ID will be validated. Validated ID must be presented
at your Sport venue
- You will receive your Games Souvenir
- You will pick up your Sport Draws containing start times and
your Official Games Programme containing Sport Competition Details
- You must sign the Games 'Waiver of Liability' see Games

Games ID with your photo attached to ONE of the Registration SuperCentres
