What do I do?

Allow ten days for your Confirmation to get to you. All entrants will be posted onto the Organisation Team List page on this site. So go there to see if you have been entered. If your name is not listed contact the Games on 1300 727 194.

If you did not receive, have lost, or require replacement of your Entry Confirmation and Games ID.
The Games has a duplicate at the New Cards Desk at the Registration
SuperCentres. All you need to do is bring a photo (headshot - to go on the ID) and some photo ID to prove who you are.

I want to make a change to my Entry. How do I do this?
Changes (replacements, additions, withdrawals) may be made only at a SuperCentre from March 10th. Present the appropriate form, which can be downloaded from the Organising a Team page, at the Computer Changes Desk. Read and complete the form for fees.

Please keep in mind that replacements can not be made after a SPORT has started.

May I use a photocopy for my Games ID photo?
Yes, as long as you are recognizable
