The Games started in 1993 to encourage companies to support employees’ pursuit of a healthier more active lifestyle and it has achieved this goal with nearly 15,000 competing nationally.
The Games encourages employees, family, friends and clients to take part. While some organisations enter a large number of entrants, one person can be a 'Team'.
